1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZIEN CRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ZIEN CRM is a cloud-based lead management platform designed for real estate agents and teams. Features include lead capture, lead tracking, team collaboration, and integrations with third-party platforms such as Meta Lead Ads.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when registering.
You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Upload or store data belonging to individuals without their consent.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.

5. Data Ownership

All lead data and CRM records you create remain yours. We do not claim ownership over your data. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with Meta (Facebook) Lead Ads. Your use of Meta integrations is also subject to Meta's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZIEN CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
